JAYLA JONES – PACK has been steadily emerging to the level of a High Major caliber Post player over the last couple years. Her hard work and character has garnered the interest of high profile programs across the country.
Her high school program at St. Anthony’s H.S. (Huntington, NY) coached by Kenny Parham has annually turned out college scholarship players.
Jayla played with the Exodus (NYC) AAU program .
She is also shines in the classroom with a 3.4 GPA
Late last week the 6’4″ native of Amityville, NY made a big decision in her recruiting process narrowing down to a Final 6

Minnesota : “From what I’ve seen the campus looks beautiful and seems like a great environment”
UNC : “Very good academic program and I like their style of play, it reminds me of the style we play at St. Anthony’s ”“It was just a blessing when I was offered by my dream school since I was young”
Pittsburgh : “Great history in the women’s basketball program and seems to be improving every year”
Rutgers : “Being able to play for C. Vivian Stringer is an honor and a blessing and would be a great learning experience.”
Seton Hall : “I have a great relationship with the coaching staff”“Far enough from home to be away but close enough”“My family can come to a lot of my games, which means a lot to me because that’s who I play for”
West Virginia : ” The conference they’re in (Big 12) is very competitive and could possibly bring out the best in me.”
